SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- Hopefully fixes the problems with ticks drawing in 2D plots.
- Redefines GaussFit and LorentzFit classes as derived from the MultiPeakFit base class.

- added Exexute, Execute All and Evaluate Expression to Scripting menu (for Notes)
- fixed bug with local variables in Python
- added support for Fit classes to Python interface (unstable)

- Fixed bugs linked to ticks drawing in 2D plots.
- Improved the Import ASCII Options dialog: the import options are from now on saved to the global user settings.
- Fixed some minor bugs in the fitting routines and in the 2D plots.

major improvements to the scripting subsystem, including
* facility for switching scripting language on the fly
* store/retrieve scripting language to/from project files
* Python support
also introduces a registry for custom event IDs (see customEvents.h)

eliminated use of deprecated variable scoping

- Improved the MultiPeakFit class.
- Added more options to the configDialog in order to customize the MultiPeakFit curves.
- Changed the analytical expression used for the Gauss function in order to make it similar to the definition used by Origin. The old Gauss function in QtiPlot was replaced in the non-linear fit dialog by GaussAmp, since this is the name used for it in the built-in fit functions library of Origin.
- The fitting API should be stable and in a nearly final state, please test it if you have time.

added some missing Q_OBJECT lines

- Improved the Fitter class as suggested by Knut and fixed some bugs.
- Added the possibility to do multi-peak fits with Gaussien and Lorentz profiles via the non-linear fit dialog.

removed superfluous includes in analysis.cpp

- Fixes bugs in the non-linear fit dialog.
- Adds polynomial fits to the list of built-in fitting routines in the same dialog.
