SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- Improved the configDialog in order to include settings for the fitting sessions.

- Fixed bugs in MultiPeakFitter class and did some code polishing.

- Updated to the last Qwt5 version from CVS which fixes several bugs: export to SVG, grid/ticks misalignment and inner/outer ticks misalignment.
- Improved the abstract Fitter class and added derived classes: NonLinearFitter, PluginFitter, MultiPeakFitter (still to be improved).

- New update of Qwt5 from CVS
- Added mising Fitter.cpp file.
- Converted files toDOS mode.

- Updated to last Qwt5 version from CVS.
- Added the new QwtSymbols to the SymbolBox.
- Improved the fitDialog and added a new Fitter class, for better handling of the fitting operations. Only the built-in ExpDecay1 and ExpGrowth functions are supported for the moment. Please test it and send me your bug reports or suggestions (especially from Knut, I need to know if the new implementation fits well into the scripting API).

- moved some common code from TextDialog and AxesDialog to
a new class TextFormatButtons
- fixed several issues in AxesDialog

- tagging version 0.8.6-2

- Fixes export of 2D plots.
- Fixes a minor bug: modifications of the columns width in tables via mouse dragging sends a notification signal to the main app.
- Improves automatic search for updates.

- applied Patch #1258 (submitted by Mohamad Al-Saqer)
which adjusts the project files to compile correctly
on 64bit linux systems
