SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- Added methods for mass-updating matrix cells to Python API.

- Fixed indentation of program listings broken by previous reorganization

- Added <sect2>'s to .adp file, mainly with an eye on the huge Python API
reference section.
- Added some missing sect2 id attributes.

- Split scripting chapter into separate muParser (formulas) and Python
(scripting) chapters. Explicitly introduces tutorial and reference sections
in the Python chapter.
- Polished somed details (separator char of keywords in .adp file, removed
reference to liborigin etc.)

- Renamed import script to opj2sciprj.py in order to more clearly reflect its purpose.

- Added generation of Qt Assistant .adp files for XSL-based conversion to HTML.

- Fixed pieces of Python tutorial using deprecated methods.

- Documented classes Filter, Differentiation, Integration, Interpolation,
SmoothFilter, FFTFilter, FFT, Correlation, Convolution and Deconvolution.
- Improved documentation of success/failure flags returned by some methods.

The relevant parts of the Python API (i.e. excluding some parts which are used
internally but do not make much sense in scripts) should be all covered now;
which is not to say that there isn't plenty of room for improvement.

- Implemented extraction of Integration result from Python.
- Deprecated Filter.setColor(string), for the same reason Fit.setColor(string)
has been deprecated a while back.

- Documented classes ExponentialFit, TwoExpFit, ThreeExpFit, SigmoidalFit,
GaussAmpFit, NonLinearFit, PluginFit, LorentzFit, GaussFit, PolynomialFit and
LinearFit.
