SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- updated the German translation
- fixed some typos
- converted all source files with mixed end line
characters to pure DOS style line endings

- Fixes bug in 2D plots duplication (linked to the legend marker ID).
- Adds a FunctionCurve class for better handling of this type of 2D curves.
- Adds the possibility to move the error bars attached to a BarCurve having a non-zero offset together with the bars.
- Adds the possibility to specify X/Y Error columns.

Added a zoom out tool button.

- fixed some bugs (wrong "connect"s etc.) in AxesDialog

- updated the trunk to the current CVS version of Qwt

Added the possibility to resize the width of columns in tables using the mouse. Double click on the header section handle will auto adjust the column width.

- ported AxesDialog to Qt4
( This was the hardest dialog to port so far.
The layout should be ok now. The dialog still
has some bugs/problems though.)

- Updated to last version of Qwt5 from CVS
- In applicaton.cpp replaced all plotWindows.contains(widget->Name()) by widget->isA("MultiLayer"). Got rid of plotWindows, plot3DWindows, matrixWindows and noteWindows QStringLists.

- Fixed removing of 2D title plots
- Updated to last version of Qwt5 from CVS

- Fixes the saving/restoring of Image/Line/Legend plot markers, using axis coordinates and not pixel coordinates as before.
- Fixes bugs in scalePicker class.
