SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

Added the possibility to resize the width of columns in tables using the mouse. Double click on the header section handle will auto adjust the column width.

- ported AxesDialog to Qt4
( This was the hardest dialog to port so far.
The layout should be ok now. The dialog still
has some bugs/problems though.)

- Updated to last version of Qwt5 from CVS
- In applicaton.cpp replaced all plotWindows.contains(widget->Name()) by widget->isA("MultiLayer"). Got rid of plotWindows, plot3DWindows, matrixWindows and noteWindows QStringLists.

- Fixed removing of 2D title plots
- Updated to last version of Qwt5 from CVS

- Fixes the saving/restoring of Image/Line/Legend plot markers, using axis coordinates and not pixel coordinates as before.
- Fixes bugs in scalePicker class.

Added the possibility to set and store default parameters used when drawing of arrows//lines and texts on 2D plots.

- merged all Qwt based classes from the scripting
branch (r105) into the trunk
- fixed all compiling errors
Result:
- the trunk now compiles using the Qwt CVS
snapshot from (2006/07/09)
- 2D plotting works but is still very buggy

- Improves drawing of 2D plots grid and inward ticks.
- Hopefully fixes bug #7910 (Disapperaing of the buttons in the maximized sub-window). Still to be tested!

Improved the code for printing 2D plots.

Fixes the export to SVG of the 2D plots background color.
