Commit [r933] Maximize Restore History

- merged revs 931 and 932 from the trunk

- fixed incompatibility with muparser 1.30
- added undo/redo history to view menu
- fixed AbstractAspect name <-> MyWidget name sync for Table and Matrix
- added begin/endMacro around Table/Matrix recalculate() emissions
- deactivated obsolete Python bindings so SciDAVis compiles with
Python support again
- updated CHANGES, globals.cpp and README for the 0.2.0-beta1 release
