Only English is available in Edit > Preferences > Language.
Tested on SciDAVis 2.9.0 in both Windows and Linux platforms.
Translation files are present in both operating systems (at "C:\Program Files (x86)\SciDAVis\translations" for windows and at "/usr/share/scidavis/translations/" for Linux)
