#419 Copy/paste and undo/do icons missing

I've noticed that, in the latest 2.40 version on windows, some of the icons are missing from the bar. The buttons work just fine, and their label appear when you placed the cursor over, but they are blank.
I haven't noticed this issue on linux, just of windows.
