Offset and spacing of bar graphs are lost on project reload

Attached figures and project illustrate the issue.

To reproduce:
- create a bar plot (horizontal or vertical)
- go to plot details (double click on the graph)
- select the curve and click on the "Spacing" tab
- change the gap between bars and/or the offset and click OK button
- save the project and close
- reopen the project -> offset and/or spacing are redefined

Tested on Windows and Linux (Slackware, built from source, Qt4).

For me some other issues happened, for instance, font sizes go crazy and scatter lines and subtitles are all black... Very annoying..
