Vertical Bar plot with Time values in format (hh:mm:ss.000) generated in invert position.

Hi All,
I was trying to plot data for a race competition among four participants and time taken to finish the race is noted. But when it is plotted using vertical bars it got invert. There is no way to change its orientation. (Image is attached for your info.)

I'm sure developers are sleeping and will not look into this problem. The code written should consider all cases with any type of axes and orientation of output chart. There's no beta or in-house testing.
