#210 "Make First Variation" does not work as expected

In a game with sub-variations I would like to lift a sub vatiation to the level of the main variations (not the main line or game). Using the right click menu "Make First Variation" does not work, nothing happens. Using instead "Promote Variation to Main Line", then it works and the sub-variation will be lifted a level up of the variations.
Is this a bug or did I get something wrong? It's a bit missleading.
