#195 Checking Fen seems to ignore castling rights

Some times stockfish engine crash, without exit code, when testing some positions.
I attach a pgn file where i figured out why it happens. Go to last move and start stofish to experience the crash.
If you copy the crashing position to clipboard and copy it to comment window then you can copy the FEN from there and feed it to stockfish, in cli, by the command
position fen #####
then the command
go move 1000
will crash the stockfish
It will not crash, neither scid wiil do, if you remove the illegal castling rights from FEN.
So, i conclude that, when a position is entered, a message "illegal FEN" should appear due to faulty or impossible castling rights.
