#190 Phalanx makes illegal move

using the packaged Phalanx version in CuteChess gave an error : "Black makes an illegal move: o-o" .. i guess this is due to the fact that the castling notation output was wrong : uppercase 'O' should be used, not lowercase, according to the PGN definition.
