#154 v4.7 broke Input Engine for DGT

Update from v4.6.4 to v4.7.0 (and above) broke Input Engine for DGT eBoard. Now every move (except for pawn moves) is considered illegal!

Using dgtnix Version 1.9.1 and latest dgtdrv (with suggested fixes by Lars Christian applied) on Fedora 33.

Output of Input Engine Console attached.
