#153 On Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7, SCID loads but the menu does not respond
Yesterday on a MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7, I ran an older version of SCID that I've had for a while. The app appeared to load successfully, but the menu strip at the top was completely unresponsive.
So I downloaded and installed the latest version yesterday. When I opened it for the first time, everything worked fine. But now today, I opened the app and again the menus were unresponsive. The rest of screen was active, so I could enter moves or do other commands such as "Close PGN window." But the menu strip at the top continued to be totally unresponsive.
However, I discovered that while I'm in the SCID app after opening it, if I use ALT+Tab to switch to a different app window such as Chrome browser, and then switch back to SCID, the menus and everything all work fine! So apparently the bug is relatively minor.
