I hope you all has had a Merry Christmas.
Looking forward to the new year there are lots of things to do. The work
with Scibuntu has barely begun.
Improving Scibuntu is one important thing, and some minor changes are there
in the CVS now, adding some GIS-programs is the most important change.
Spreading Scibuntu in another important thing, and with that spreading Linux
and Ubuntu among scientists and science students.
There is another possibility. Spreading Scibuntu outside the universities.
This Christmas as all Christmases kids got some presents with science toys,
chemistry sets and all that stuff. Nothing bad with that. But Scibuntu makes
it possible to bring real science tools to kids and other interested
people. What do you think?
