Los of new features and fixes. Improved functionality.

Quite a few new features and bug fixes in this release

The bulletin package is now usable. Notices and events can now be edited.

Improved GST support
Budgets can have GST always, never or depending item
Reports show more information for GST component of total
Code field added to item list
Removed import script as it was useless to anyone but me

Version 0.0.2 of reports has been released. Now included is the sql dump and a couple of little fixes. It's still not all that useful and devlopment has sort-of stalled. Anyone interested in helping?

Version 0.3 of office has been released. A few bugs have been fixed. New features include:
More flexible reporting
Better GST support
