Until now, there was no way for a user to give any kind of feedback, other than replying to the blog. I was considering two options for user feedback.
1. Discussions
2. Tickets
I Started using the ticketing system but didn't enable it for all the users. I have also enabled forums to discuss the features and defects for now. Ideally defects and features should be tracked through the ticketing system, but until the ticketing system matures, forums should be easier to maintain and manage.
I am monitoring the discussions hoping to increase the interactivity.
