#21 pbosh does not support OLDPWD

Using Schily Tools 2020-05-11 on Debian 10.3.

OLDPWD is not POISX?

$ pbosh
$ cd /tmp
$ cd /bin
$ echo $OLDPWD

$ cd -
-: does not exist

I just made a bug report against POSIX: https://www.austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=1343

Furthermore, I'll move that feature from cd extensions to POSIX cd.

The problem has been fixed a while ago.
