#83 Relationships to views

We have views in a different schema that we have relationships to, but those relationships don't show up. At first I thought it was because they were in a different schema, and I tried using metadata to make it work. I realize now its because they are views and there are no internal relationships.

But my thought was that perhaps it wouldn't take too much effort to allow the metadata to define relationships to views, or even tables that aren't visible to schemaspy?
