From what I understand there is no such thing as "properly quoted" in that each vendor can have its own set of rules, many of which conflict between different vendors. I thought we had come up with a mechanism to determine an appropriate quoting, but evidently that doesn't always work. How is the "aren't property analyzed" behavior exhibited?

Note that SchemaSpy internally ignores case on identifier names due to the significant inconsistency between the results of metadata services and hand-formed SQL.
