Option to not overwrite table html if nothing has been changed to table definition

It would be great to have an option to not overwire table.html if nothing has been changed to table definition and file already exists in output directory. It reduces git commits when someone publish database schema using gh-pages.
And also it preserves timestamp of last known changes to table structure.
