#149 Filename encoding issue for tables with spaces in name
The output generated by SchemaSpy doesn't properly take into account the spaces in table names, and the subsequent links in the generated HTML are invalid.
The HTML links encode using + instead of spaces in hyperlinks. The files are stored with spaces in names, not +'s. Other symbols (such as $'s) are encoded correctly to %24.
