By default, refactoring time (time needeed to correct a violation manually) is 1 minute for each violation of a rule.

Some information provided by the plugin (eg statistics) are obtained from an external database which is updated regularly.
With version 1.3.0+ of the plugin, information about TechDebt this information is downloaded when you first start Sonar once the plugin is installed and saved in a file at sonar/data/tocea/techdebt/techdebtInfos.xml. Then this information is automatically updated daily.
For older versions, this information is downloaded for each module during analysis, which can greatly lengthened the duration of your project analysis.
