I've just downloaded Scarecrow 2.11 and also
downloaded the documentation for installing. The doc
tells me I need to create a bunch of directories in
different locations on my web server - all based on the
unzip directories. However, the zip file I downloaded has
all files in one directory. Can anyone shine some light on
this. I did try installing from cgi-bin (all files in cgi-bin), I
ran the first couple of steps ok, but it gave me
headaches when I tried to run admincenter - it tried to
tag on an extra /www/ directory after I logged in.

Give up mate this bloke has written a crap script nothing but
problems. His own board doesn't work when you try and
register.

You can even contact the bloke but no email anywhere. give
up use another 1.
