Version 1.3.1 Released

Some small code changes this time.

Changed Scan.nextInt to actually scan an integer, previous erroniously scanned a byte

Removed unused import from ScanGUI to reduced compiled size

As usual files are packed in both Linux friendly *.tgz and Windows friendly *.zip formats
