I was wondering if there was a version of Scale2x that I could use in Windows 98 rather than in DOS. If anyone knows a link, please post it. I would like to use this tool for Mugen graphics.
Also, I've noticed that Photoshop doesn't allow for non-antialiasing when transforming in rgb mode. I think it would be great to have a program like photoshop that respects the colour limitation and can perform decent transformations with a limited palette. I remember that Deluxe Paint on the Amiga could do this. Plus it had the awesome Anim-brush function which I really miss.
