I have written a Graphical User Interface for Scalex.exe that I call Scale2x GUI which is designed to bring ease of use as well as clean, fast, execution of the scalex.exe algorithms.
I have altered all of the documents that came with scale2x to account for some of the changes that are made in my own code. I would like to obtain permission to offer this program along with the scalex.exe executable and supporting libraries for download and use off of my website. This is the best place I could find to ask this question.
The GUI is written in the windows autohotkey scripting language and compiled to stand alone executable functions.
so... can I offer your work as a piece of my own work for download as an open source free windows application?

  I forgot to add that my gui is designed to scale any number of images using scalex.exe
