Apart from emulators do you know of any graphic programs that use scale2x as a plugin?
I have a few really old small photos I'd like to enlarge & enhance and this tool looks fantastic.
Failing that, can anyone reccomend a program that has this feature, I've tried various programs but none seem to reach the quality acheived in scale2x.

Try " S-Spline" - Interesting tool.
currently know as PhotoZoom
it's a stand-alone app, though, not an *8bs plug-in
