I run the program and all the pictures enlarge for 2*2, HOW to get the same size improved picture of the original picture?

  You cannot. The scale2x effect always enlarges the images.
  
  The "original" images on the websites are also enlarged with a simple pixel duplication effects for an easy comparation with the "scaled" version.
