[Scaffoldhunter-devel] Need some suggestion

Hi,

I am trying to implement feature request #38 - split subsets by scaffold on
a specified level.

Suggest me what I should use -

(1) A dialog box that has a combobox to select ring level, a text field to
specify subset name, and create and cancel button. This dialog box will be
accessible from menubar and toolbar.
(2) A panel (like Minimap) that will appear in left side and it has same
control (i.e. a combobox to select ring level, a text field to specify
subset name, and a create button), Or

(3) Any other possible option?
