Hi Aly,

thanks for submitting your proposal. You suggest to use the software Scaffold 
Network Generator [1] to compute scaffold networks. Please note that the 
software is based on our source code and you can already compute scaffold 
networks with our code, see edu.udo.scaffoldhunter.cli.ScaffoldGenerator
There is no need to reintegrate the project.

Please add additional technical details to your proposal. We will provide the 
Java test soon via Google Melange, you can submit your solution after the 
proposal deadline.
