Hi Prateek,

thanks for your interest.
A good starting point would be to have a look at the linked paper (and
for further reading the literature cited there) to get a basic
understanding of the concepts underlying the algorithms that are
employed there, e.g. filter and verification. Then also a look at the
JChemPaint editor (or some suitable alternative) will help to get an
idea of what
a) the user interface will look like
b) kind of interfaces for data exchange etc. are provided
