#92 scaffold tree view: show empty scaffold if there are molecules with no ring systems

Molecules, that do not have a single ring are not displayed in the scaffold tree view. This is caused by the fact, that the empty scaffold (root of the tree) is never shown. However, molecules without rings should have the empty scaffold as parent.
