#59 chiral Scaffold-SMILES

In some cases it would be interesting to discriminate molecules with different stereochemical properties by assigning them to differnet scaffolds. These scaffolds should therefore have chiral scaffold-SMILES and a stereochemical correct representation.
An option to activate this feature if required by special cases should be added. Such special cases could be e.g. analysis bioactivity data in dependence on stereochemistry.
