#111 Option for calculating the Cloud View based on either the scaffolds or the molecules

Some views don't necessarily rely on the scaffold and could also be used for the entire molecule. For example the Cloud View could also be calculated based on the entire molecules (not only the scaffolds). This would allow for additional use cases.
