#294 Database-dialog: Select button sometimes becomes invisible

If a new HSQL-connection shall be created, the text-field containing the path to the database-file sometimes becomes to large. In this case the select button is placed outside the dialog bounds.
Therefore the size of the textfield should either be limited or the dialog should be made resizable.
