Again the property selection in the filter dialog prevents filtering on some windows systems,
as only the property name is visible, but no filter operation (windows 8, 4K screen). It seems to be hard to reproduce this behavior on other systems (does work well on a laptop with windows 7), but it is a show stopper.

I have not seen this problem, therefore it might be hard to fix from our side. Can you try to fix this directly on the affected computer?

Windows 7 with 150% GUI scale has similar problems, so I guess it does not depend on the Windows version, but on the GUI scale (100% is fine, but with 4K you probably use 150%-200%). I added a screenshot to make this problem clear.

Revision [a13f59] changes the layout of the dialog, so it should now respect the maximum of the window. I tested it on Windows 7 and Ubuntu (both with increased GUI scale) and there are no glitches or anything not readable. I think, if it does not cause problems, we should use the new layouting.
