#1 High level requirement

The high level requirement is to develop SCADA system in platform independent using
- SCADA Server - using C++/Qt (will work in Solaris, Windows, LInux)
- SCADA Server - using C++/GTK (will work in Solaris,Windows, Linux)
- SCADA Server - using Java (will work in Solaris, Windows, Linnux)
- SCADA Web Server - should support all platforms
-The client or MMI can be developed using
-HMI Client using Qt - will work in Solaris, Windows, Linux)
-HMI Client using GTK - will work in Solaris, Windows, Linux)
-HMI Client using Java - Will work in Solaris, Windows, Linux)
-HMI Client using Browsers(Server should support)
-HMI Client in Mobile(Thick client) -Windows Mobile/iPhone/Android - Client can be in J2ME/Windows Mobile
-Standard protocal interface with Remote Telemetry Units(RTUs)/PLC
