Toki sndh foreign code execution

Toki sndh probably executes code that is not part of the music driver.

1. There was the DMA/FDC access bug
2. sc68 measure time for all track (except #1) always give the same time for the first run. The following loop calculation give the proper track duration. That shows that some code is executed for all these tracks that loops in 16250 frames (5'24").
3. A quick look at the code some part really does not look like a music driver.
