good point on the copyright... i should have more coffee before i look at these things... however, while the license covers the artistic works in the game (the old ur-quan pepsi ad problem) it doesnt cover code in any way, and while someone using this code for commercial purposes is even less likely than seeing an ur-quan pop a can of soda on TV, it should be covered in any case. The other thing we can do is simply ask the author to it in.
