[Sc2-devel] Next version & Installer

Howdy all!

When is the next version going to come out?
There were some performance issues in previous installer (windows), it kept
taking 100% CPU usage. If needed, I can wrap the next windows version
installer. Should we exclude the content from next win32 installer, because
half of the people already have it I guess... If not, they can grab the
content.tar.gz

And what do I need to compile the win32 version?, I have devc++ but somehow
I think that I would have to download half of the net to get the needed libs
and stuff..
So in next version if someone could compile the new .exe and send it to me
and then
I could upload the new installer somewhere.
