[Sc2-devel] aif to wav convertor

Hi,

I've made a convertor for the .aif files. Parker found a file which
converted uncoded files to SBX2 coded files, which provided all
the info still needed.
Note that the .aif files are long, and the converter isn't optimised,
so you may have to be a little patient.
