Dear Sirs,
first of all my compliments for this amazing software and your efforts for making SBW a useful toolchain. In my research I develop enzyme-based amperometric biosensors but I'm new in the simulation field. At moment I'm studying the oxygen dependence of oxydase-based biosensors and I've successfully simulated my experimental results with Jarnac and the BBI law. Do you have a corresponding example in JDesigner? I need just 2 substrates and 2 products (I.e. for the GLucose oxidase enzyme: GLucose + O2 -> Glucono Lactone H2O2).
Thank you in advance for your availability.
Sincerely yours,
Pier Andrea Serra, University of Sassari, Italy.

Hello,
it seems in Jdesinger you will have to spell out the equation, it is defined as such:
All formulas of Jarnac can be found in the SBW documentation folder under Jarnac Reference.
I hope this helps,
all the best
Frank
Thank you Frank,
your help has been very precious to me.
Kindest regards,
Pier Andrea.
