#20 NoSpinlock Patch for 2.6.12 Kernels

Hi all,

i have problems with patching my Gentoo-Sources
2.6.12-r6 Kernel.

When applying the patch it is reported as having worked
but upon recompiling, installing and rebooting the
Kernel it hangs when it comes to the (patched) EC-part.

So my question is, has anybody made it work on a 2.6.12
kernel, with or without, and if, which modifications?

Also it would be nice to have an officialy updated
version ;)

And i want to thank the author for making such a great
work for us =)
