It would be really useful if I could distinguish between transport reactions into and out of the cell.
Could you therefore please add two terms under "transport reaction" for "intracellular transport reaction" and "extracellular transport reaction"

I think we need to come up with better names for this, and think about what else would fit in here. Right now its about transport reactions at a cellular level, but we could imagine organelle/subcellular transport reaction requirements. I'll create the terms for now, and we can refine them later, but would appreciate thoughts/comments on this subject..

created the following terms under transport reaction (SBO:0000185). These will be subject to further refinement (definition etc) and rearrangement (hierarchical tree position etc).

SBO:0000588 - transcellular membrane efflux reaction
SBO:0000587 - transcellular membrane influx reaction
