#134 Term for non-enzymatic catalysts

I would like to suggest to create a new term for non-enzymatic catalysts, as there currently only exists one for enzymatic catalysts (SBO:0000460) as a child of the term for catalyst (SBO:0000013). I am currently working (as a student assistant) on the tool SBMLSqueezer where this is causing issues because for the correct creation and assignment of kinetic equations the differentiation between enzymatic and non-enzymatic catalysts is necessary.
