Hi Eric, I get the same error for the current CVS state, sorry for that! So far I couldn't find out what it is. It seems that the compiled rhs. functions don't recognize cvodeData. However, my current state here doesn't have this problem! I will commit to CVS later today or tomorrow (including all the new topological sorting stuff), and I am ... pretty confident ... that everything should work as before.
