Dear All, I am interested in using the SBML_odeSolver library as part of a project on which we will want to deploy it on a number of different Unix systems (e.g, AIX and various others). I am currently intending to use libsbml-3.0.3, sundials-2.3.0, along with a version of 'libSoS'. However, there appear to be a number of issues with the configure / build process (at least under AIX 5.3) with both the 1.6pre release and the latest cvs. So before I start picking apart the build process, I wonder if anyone has any advice on what versions of the various libraries I should be looking to use. From various comments floating around the mailing list it sounds like I should be using the cvs for SoS and the 'latest' version of sundials, but it's not entirely clear to me what the latest advice should be. I can relay any findings about the various platforms back to the list in the event that I decide to go ahead with this. Many thanks for any comments.
