The integration results are definitely the same... The difference is in the
sensitivities

Yes I have updated the code after the error was removed ....  a checkout
from beginning of octorber .. (I remember that the error report on
sourceforege was made after we have found the error) and I am using the same
checkout on both machines ...

I will try to switch to the latest version of SBML ode solver  .... as soon
as time permits...
